My name is Catherine and I began decorating cookies at the end of 2021.

I have always enjoyed party planning and love to put extra special details into my events. I was mesmerized by all the decorated sugar cookies I saw over social media but too intimidated to try to make them myself.

Having young kids at home and anticipating all the birthdays I get to plan I really wanted to be able to offer decorated sugar cookies as a fun piece of decor/treat.

I off handedly mentioned it to my cousin one evening and she expressed interest in learning how to decorate them too. That night we decided that we would go for it. We ordered cookie cutters and piping bags and searched for recipes.

I have enjoyed getting to decorate cookies for events ever since: birthdays, holidays, anniversaries, and just because!

My goal for this blog is to share cookie set inspiration with you, and walk you through each step so that you can create the same results in your home. I will also share all my tips, tricks, and tools that I have found helpful in my journey so that you can start this new hobby with all your questions answered and the confidence to get started yourself!
